I have 1M+ impressions, and around 92K clicks on 141 websites, which can be a lot or not so much, depending where you look it from.
So with this much of experience, I give you a few tips:
1. Nowadays content is king, AI generated, not 100% optimised articles without video and/or images are useless
2. Use schema for every article
3. Have a contact us, about us page no matter what.
4. Have an exit popup, no matter what
5. Use both GSC and Bing webmaster
6. Don't trust traffic statistic from 3rd party sites.
7. Don't stuff keywords, instead use it in the H1-H6 (make sure you use all H1-H6 in every post)
8. Don't use any plugin that make your website slower to load for some small "design" feature
9. You can "clone" a completed website to use it on another domain, but make sure you don't upload any fingerprints of the old site to the new one
10. Don't use "-" in domain, try to get EDM, or 5-6 character short brandable domain.
11. Don't use a domain longer than 11-13 character.
12. If you use a translator, use DeepL instead of google translate.
13. Collect as much information about your visitors as you legally can.
14. Know your audience, and optimise your website and content based on your audience, do not follow any guide, just your own statistic.
